Passive/aggressive high pressure sales technique Luckily for me, my requirements for a car were few. Honestly, I would have been happy with a Toyota Corolla or a Honda Civic. I told this to the staff at Maus, and yet they persisted with a technique that was a version of 'What can I do to put you in this car today?' By my count six different people came by to ask me what they could do to get me to agree to buy the car that day. This despite the fact that I had articulated from the outset that I wasn't prepared to make a decision that day. I do bear some of the responsibility. I should have just thanked them for their time and gone and come back. But the fact of the matter was that I had a time pressure and I was okay buying a Sentra. At the point where I agreed to buy a car my wife and I were then made to wait for close to 30 minutes while we waited for someone on the Finance Team to assist us to complete the paperwork. Lastly, if anyone from Maus Nissan sales management reads this, I would encourage you to drop the 'I care about you, I want to be your friend' approach to sales. To be blunt, I don't go to a car dealership to make friends; I go to buy a car. Listen to what I am telling you, show me the car I want, don't waste my time, and send me on my way. More

My can't you create an app for customer to login and hold their place and provide a rough time when they will be doing the service. More

Generally the service went fine. However the tech dirtied the inside of the car and didn’t clean it up and apparently no one checked before returning it to me.
