Initially the visit was great. It turned into a fiasco because I'm using my own financing and the dealer just wanted me to leave with the car. They made it a point to make sure they had me fill out a 'bac because I'm using my own financing and the dealer just wanted me to leave with the car. They made it a point to make sure they had me fill out a 'back-up' contract and kept trying to get me to leave with the car even though my financing would be ready until later in the week. I felt like if I left with the car I would then be told its mine and would have to go with dealership financing if mine fell through. Even though I put a down payment to hold the car, it seemed that wasnt enough and I still had to do the contract. I was at the dealer from 12:30pm and didnt leave until after 7pm. I was left sitting at the table multiple times, not being told what I needed to wait for. I want the car and hope that my financing goes through, but I'm debating my decision due to the pressure of the sales reps trying to make the sale and get me to leave with the vehicle. More

Hate this dealership! There is a problem every time I call. Can't get my service advisor on the phone to save my life. My rating is a “catch 22”, if you will. Our car needed to be serviced and the process was easy and efficient, and they even helped us on part of the cost of the loaner car they gave us (50% off). It was a strange issue that stumped some of the techs that worked there. The reason why My rating is a 3 instead of a 5, was the lack of communication on updates with the vehicle’s progress. When the service rep tells me that she will “promise to call” by the time they close to give us an update, and doesnt do it, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The kicker is, that she “promised” me this 4-5-6 times, and maybe called once. Our car was at the service center for a total of 9 days, and the service rep called us maybe twice, if I didnt call there, I would have never gotten any updates on the progress of my vehicle. I realize that it’s a busy dealership, and there are a lot of cars in and out, but dont promise to update me and just never do it. More

I had an appt. at 10:30 am was told I would be there an 1hr 1/2. I waited til 1:45pm before leaving. I had an oil change,2 filter changes, heat/air condition check and car wash. The mechanic never took my 1hr 1/2. I waited til 1:45pm before leaving. I had an oil change,2 filter changes, heat/air condition check and car wash. The mechanic never took my car into the stall until about noon. I see no reason to have an appt. at 10:30. thus the reason for 2 star rating. I know an oil change can be done in 15 minutes and filters maybe 10 minutes at the most oh and 1 wiper changed 5 minutes car wash 20 minutes tops waiting for other people so why a 3 HR an 15 min wait with an appt?
