And even when our master techs could not detect any other flaws with the vehicle, we swapped you out and helped you find a different car that you felt better about driving. Rooftopmaster1, we can see that you are upset, and we completely understand your frustration. We apologize if you fee you had a bad experience; however, it would be untrue, and unfair, to say that what happened was deliberate, or that anyone lied to you in order to earn your business. Unfortunately, it is policy that we do not take deposits on used vehicles, for this very reason. New cars, we can order, therefore, we can hold a down-payment, but with a pre-owned vehicle, it is 'first come, first serve, only.' The customer who had purchased the truck you wanted was still with our finance manager finishing the signing of their title paperwork when you arrived. Kaitlin would simply not have known this, and at that point, she would have just been trying to find another way to help serve you, as we do have access to over 600 vehicles in our inventory. All of our staff care deeply about our customers, and treating customers like family is what we strive for every day- Kaitlin is no exception. The timing was terrible, but purely coincidental. It is our sincere hope that you accept our apology, and that even if you do not give us another opportunity to earn your business, you in the very least, know that we honestly did our best to serve you.
