A surprisingly pleasant experience buying a new car. My husband and I were just really looking. My daughter was hit by another driver in which her car was totaled. My car was a 2019 Dodge Nitro that I really enjoyed. Nothing fancy, plain and simple, plenty of room and just all around great car. The insurance supplied my daughter with a rental which happened to be a Nissan Rogue. I never even looked at Nissan previously. So we decided to look at Nissan. We met Liz who was very nice, knowledgeable and sincere. When we couldn't come to terms with our financial needs she didn't do that "back and forth game" I have experienced in the past. Instead, she excused herself and brought back JD. He explained to us what were getting and helped us get to where we needed to be. We didn't feel that pressure or overwhelming "sales pitch". I have only had two new cars in my life and have had decent experiences. I have gone with my girls when they were looking at cars and have overwhelmed with I guess sales. I didn't like that uncomfortable feeling. I'm sure it was the Lord speaking to me and saying you should be happy about buying something so important. This is how I felt about buying my Nissan. It was more than I wanted to pay but . . . We enjoyed Liz most of all. She is a person I would love to have for a visit for dinner. Everyone that we came into contact with was very nice. Plus, the best thing is that I hear about Maus Nissan on the JoyFM. More

Best Customer Experience! I was looking to see what my options were for trading in my lease from another dealership for a newer car. I walked into Maus wanting one model and ended up leaving in a different model that I'm enjoying so far thanks to Dave! Aldo and JD were awesome in finance, they did a great job of explaining everything and answering my questions. This was my first experience purchasing a car from Maus and it was a great experience. I dealt with Dillon firs I'd like to write a review about my salesmen, yes I had 2, Dillon Bishop and Patrick who's last name escapes me at this time. I dealt with Dillon first. He was super professional with me. I was looking at a 2019 Nissan Kicks. I was looking to get out of my sedan because of back issues. After picking out my Kicks, Dillon thoroughly went through all of the details, and had the hood, the hatch and the doors open when I went outside to look. He explained everything perfectly. But, I couldn't work out a deal with the dealership and left. The next day, I received a call from the dealership asking me to come back to the dealership because they added another discount. So I went back, but Dillon wasn't working. That's where Patrick comes in as my 2nd salesman. He also explained everything that i needed to know about the vehicle. We went in, and after a few back and forth's with his sales manager, we were able to make the deal. Overall, Maus Nissan takes care of their customers. I got a lot of discounts with rebates and such, and got a good trade in value for my car. I'd refer others to visit this dealership. More

Maus Nissan!!!! Never Again!i bought a brand new 2019 Maus Nissan!!!! Never Again! i bought a brand new 2019 nissan Armada, the first month i owned the car it went in for service with the engine racing Maus Nissan!!!! Never Again! i bought a brand new 2019 nissan Armada, the first month i owned the car it went in for service with the engine racing for no reason to a point of thinking the engine would blow up. Maus replaced a blower then i got the car back and still had the same problem. Took it back and a new blower again. Picked up and still same problem and dropped it off and they kept it for 3 weeks and nissan sent a master mechanic to examine it and they would not admit anything was wrong but replaced the computer, and some harness, and most of the engine replaced. i drove that for a bit then got stranded in a parking lot with 3 of my grandkids at a zoo in tampa with no way to get home, the car was dead. Then took to lokey nissan and they said it was a battery. They replaced the battery and I had it back for a day and got stranded again with a dead car. Lokey said i needed a brake assembly because the car would not start because it could not sense me depressing the brake. And the car honked every time i got out of it meaning a door was open, so the back hatch was saying it was open when it was hot so that was replaced. And the computer had to be reprogrammed. This car is horrible and Maus was absolutely rude every time I came in to have it serviced for all the problems, like I was inconveniencing them. I asked to see the service manager every time and he wanted nothing to do with me and spoke through the service person and would not come to me. Part of The Maus family is what I was told when I purchased the vehicle from them, but i think you are part of the Maus family as long as you are spending money. Horrible experience. More
