When the pandemic hit, I had lost my job and my wife was the only one working. So I brought my car back (about a month after purchase) because I couldn’t afford it and we were told we would get at least a p the only one working. So I brought my car back (about a month after purchase) because I couldn’t afford it and we were told we would get at least a partial refund on the car from the finance manager Dave via text. When we went in to return the car to Dave, not only did he lie to us, he tried to get us to shell out another $1200 on top of that Saying that we breached contract even though our finances were not even approved yet. Thankfully my dad is very well educated about dealerships and got us most of our down payment back. The whole process was a nightmare. We had to go back to the dealership 3 times to sign paperwork for financing and we were told by Dave that our finances were “approved.” Come to find out after we returned the car that our car would have been repossessed because we actually did not get approved. Do not use Maus Nissan and definitely do not trust their finance manager Dave Schwartz. He will try to screw you. More
Very rude and disrespectful. After her treatment, we will never buy from Maus again. It would have been our 3rd purchase in a row. No matter how many times we told her it wasnt what we wanted, she insisted. She proceeded to tell us to give her the respect to earn our business but she showed us 0 respect. She was polite until we said no. After that she was very rude. Never again Maus as managers seen this and allowed it? One salesman apologized for her behavior. Very unprofessional. More
