Nick, when you first purchased your vehicle, everything was great, and you left happy in your new car. Then, two months later, when you unfortunately lost your job, you wanted to get out of the contract, because you would no longer be able to afford the payments. Because the lender had not received all of the requested information from you, the deal had yet to be funded, so we did have the option of cancelling your deal. When upper management was made aware of your situation, they did the right thing, and cancelled your deal, took the vehicle back, stopped the pursuing of funding from a lender, and refunded your down payment less the cost of miles added and restocking. This may seem unfair, but you had signed a contract and were in our car for more than a month, and put many miles on the vehicle, which then needed to be inspected, reconditioned, and restocked, and will now have to be sold with extra miles. We are truly sorry about your job situation, and this deal falling through is the least of your worries, but no one here lied to you, or tried to scam you, and no one here blames you for what happened. In fact, we sincerely hope that you get to go back to work soon, and that you find affordable, and reliable, transportation- even if it's from us.
