We actually have taken many precautions for this pandemic, to include the following: We have sanitized all customer touch points, and increased deep cleaning frequencies. We have rearranged seating to allow for more space, and posted Social Distancing signs throughout the store. We have taken temperatures of employees, as needed, and have sent anyone home who was not feeling well- and only allowed them to return with doctor approval. We have made masks available, for all who prefer, who work or visit our store, (though we are not requiring the wearing of masks). We have also made valet services available for Service customers, and we have activated online purchasing for remote buying. Sarah, we are very sorry you feel this way. We have sanitized the entire store, and have increased the frequencies of deep cleanings. We have adjusted seating to allow for social distancing, and we are checking temperatures of employees, as needed, and sending them home, if they are not feeling well. We are only allowing these employees to return with a doctors' note. At this time, wearing a mask is not required, so we are not forcing PPE on guests or staff; however, we have made masks available, free of charge, to all who have this preference. We have made valet service available for our customers who prefer to have their service work done without physically coming to the store, and we have activated online purchase options for remote buying. The 'plastic bag' that you found was most likely the protective seat covering we use to keep your seat from getting dirty by a technician. It should have come out before we brought you your vehicle, and if they forgot to remove it, we certainly apologize.
