Mr. DaRocha, I’m not only upset but I’m also very disappointed and feel that I have been ignored by you and Maus Nissan management. This is not how a business establishes good relationships and loyalty with their customers. Now I have realized that it was a serious mistake on my part to purchase a vehicle from Maus Nissan. I have been contacted by Maus Nissan dealership personnel (Lance Johnson, IIan Velez) recently concerning service/sales and your claim that you had difficulty finding my contact information is either dishonest or there is a lack of desire on your part to resolve this matter. Furthermore, the fact that Alain Garcia, the salesperson that sold the vehicle, is no longer employed by Maus Nissan should not be used as an excuse. Because of your inadequate handling of this matter, I’m forced to prepare a written complaint to Nissan USA, Nissan Customer Affair Office.

Jbdquest, I apologize if you are getting frustrated, and I want to help, but we need to clear up the miscommunication issue first. When I respond to these reviews, unless there is a clear name in the handle, I will not know who is posting. This review site does not give me your contact information: I do not see a name, a full email, or a phone number- all we get is a handle or title to the post, and in this case, it was simply: jbdquest. A search of jbdquest in my data base yields no results. If a service advisor or sales person reached out to you, it is because of some other list they were calling with a name and a phone number on it, and it has nothing to do with this review. Unfortunately, Ilan, is not in, and Lance is currently unavailable, and neither involved me in an issue regarding paint chips on a vehicle needing to be addressed. I promise you, no one is ignoring your issue, I just do not have a way of contacting you if I do not know who you are. I did respond to your post; however, in good faith, and gave you my name, my position, my personal cell phone number, as well as a willingness to assist you. You are more than welcome to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs, as is your right, but know that they will first contact me, to see if we can't resolve your concern at the dealership level. and forward me your information. Please, I invite you to speak with me personally, or with any other manager, if you prefer, or come to the store to visit, and we will honestly try and help address your concerns.
