Went for lifetime oil change/tire rotation and car wash. I made a 8:30 appointment. I got my car back at at 11:20. They only changed the oil. They said the tires didn't need rotating. When I went to enter I made a 8:30 appointment. I got my car back at at 11:20. They only changed the oil. They said the tires didn't need rotating. When I went to enter the car I observed the same grease splatter present and asked why it wasn't washed. They offered to take it and wash it but after waiting almost 3 hours already 1/2 of my day was gone and couldn't lose any more! Shortly after my visit I recieved a call from Demetrius! He stated he saw I had came in for service and wanted to know how I've been and how my service was. Well i let him know! Of course he immediately offered to correct the issue if i would bring it in but i live 25 minutes away. So he assured me anytime I'm in the area i could bring it in to be cleaned and apologized for the inconveniences. Demetrius has probably called me a dozen time after I bought my car to check on my happiness of my purchase! He's practically family! More

Bad telephone experience with no information follow up! I called about a red 2020 Nissan Titan Pro 4X pickup truck price and availability, I saw Maus' great Youtube video overview of the truck and I wanted I called about a red 2020 Nissan Titan Pro 4X pickup truck price and availability, I saw Maus' great Youtube video overview of the truck and I wanted more info. Colby answered the phone, he was distracted and seemed to be carrying on a conversation and I was interrupting. I told him I was out of the country and would be back in July. I told him why I was calling and three separate times he asked me what I wanted! I told him I wanted the price and availability of that truck. He took my number and said he would call me with that info. That was Sunday afternoon June 14th, It's Monday June 16th 9:30 am and no call! I could tell by his attitude that he didn't want to take the time to look and obviously he didn't! He's not a 5 star salesperson in my books and I've been selling for 51 years! On the other hand I made a dealer inquiry to Jenkins Nissan via the Nissan email system and Charles Darrow emailed me Monday evening after they had closed to let me know he would be in touch today. At 8:59 he was calling me and will get me the price and delivery dates for the trucks I want! That is 5 star service, an email and phone call in less than 12 hours! Cory you just lost two truck sales because of your attitude, I'm sure your dealer principals will be happy about that! A lesson well learned, never judge a book by its cover! More
