Back up camera on my Pathfinder is still not fixed has been there three times for same issues and problem still not resolved. Arrived at 8:57am for my 9am scheduled oil change. Left at 12:30 pm. 3.5 hours waiting on a scheduled oil change. Once I seen my vehicle out front I had to locate my service tech and tell them my vehicle w at 12:30 pm. 3.5 hours waiting on a scheduled oil change. It was another nice experience so far so good. Most of the staff is friendly I appreciate the free car wash. It just seems to take a long time to get the car back from over there. Maus Nissan scheduled my appointment, came and picked up my car on my only afternoon off, (which was an accident, because a client cancelled an appointment, so I had a rare afternoon off) I work Home Health my car on my only afternoon off, (which was an accident, because a client cancelled an appointment, so I had a rare afternoon off) I work Home Health Care and have been slammed since COVID19. They did the required service and called when they were returning my car and I got to take a much needed nap while they serviced my car.
