He was there through every step of my purchasing process and seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing and if the Murano was the correct c patient. Chad the sales manager worked very hard to get my car within my budget, however I felt very pressured to make a decision immediately. Justin was the man who first introduced me to my car and he was friendly as well. JD from finance was also very friendly and understanding to make my financial situation work well. Overall, there was a lot of down time and waiting to purchase the car, between negotiations and financing over 2 days I was there for about 7-8 hours. Regardless, Carl was there to chat with me as I know other salesmen I have experienced with other dealers would have not been. More

Lets begin by pointing out that the service department does not know what they are doing and are scammers. I was taken care by Lance Wallace ID # 712. My car is a 2017 Murano, I bought it with 15,000 mile does not know what they are doing and are scammers. I was taken care by Lance Wallace ID # 712. My car is a 2017 Murano, I bought it with 15,000 miles and it has only 20,000 miles. My maintenance was free. However, they lied to me by telling me that I needes a break flushed and a new part for my break. I believed them and had to pay $120 for their scam. I advise you to NOT go and get your service with this scammer or dealer. More
