Allison, we can see that you are frustrated, and apologize if you've had a bad experience; however, we are confused: Our service advisors provide each guest with a price list of services, and no work will begin on a vehicle unless it is signature authorized. In this particular instance, our advisor stated that the claim department would be closed because it was a Saturday, but that based on the results of tread-depth inspection by the technician, two tires had tread that was too low to be covered by the policy. After the service was done, multiple discounts were applied to the cost in order to help address your particular situation, and even a partial refund was completed by the Service Director to further help you. At no time did anyone lie, If anything, our staff tried their best to help you get the repairs you needed to be safe, and at an affordable cost.
