The vehicle is awesome and most people were super friendly and tried to be helpful. There are a couple of things I was misled about. Unfortunately these were big for me and makes me see this dealersh friendly and tried to be helpful. There are a couple of things I was misled about. Unfortunately these were big for me and makes me see this dealership in a different light. One, I was told I would have at least 60 days grace before payment. This did not happen. Yes, I should have read the contract more carefully but I was exhausted from being there for hours. Secondly and actually a deal breaker, I understood the car to have apply play. I asked several times. Come to find out I can’t get it on this vehicle. This upsets me as this is a safety feature for me. If this issue is not resolved, I will need to exchange for a different vehicle and will not be purchasing here. More

My car that was serviced at Maus was for a mandatory inspection and other items for a sale from a lease. I was pleased with the sales department and the bumper to bumper warranty that I’m paying for, I’ inspection and other items for a sale from a lease. I was pleased with the sales department and the bumper to bumper warranty that I’m paying for, I’m very pleased with anyela in the service department for making sure my car was cleaned correctly, what I’m very disappointed with in the service department is, my tires weren’t rotated, and when I was questioned how I knew this I told them the right front wheel had a scratch in it that I blended out and I showed the representative, he then took me back inside and I dealt with Katrina and she had them rotated right away, then when they brought the car out and the valet handed me the key , I noticed not one but 2 what appeared to be rub marks not scratches, on the outer painted surface of the hood, I went back in and brought Katrina out to show her , they then took the car back in and I guess they buffed them out, This is my first transaction with MAUS as a dealership and a not very good one that’s why I rated you with 2 stars More
