Usually I dread coming to the service department because I feel like I'm being hurried and pushed through, not really knowing what is going on with my car. I think there should be snacks on the Service side for customers who are waiting, like there is on the Sales side. Some customers don't get a chance to grab any food before the usual long wait. More
