John Thorne, who arranges my appointments, cannot do enough to accommodate me and at times goes above and beyond in helping me out if I have any issues, Now call me picky but I always ask to try and get my vehicle looked at by his mechanic Mike Hassett, Mike is a great mechanic and he lets me know when things may need to be addressed and I have total confidence in what he tells me. First visit .. it was an excellent experience .. needed routine oil change and tire maintenance.. making an appointment was easy, staff super friendly, asked me lots of questions about my vehicle and kept routine oil change and tire maintenance.. making an appointment was easy, staff super friendly, asked me lots of questions about my vehicle and kept me informed of what they were doing and timing as they knew I was working from the waiting room. No issues at all. I did refer a friend to Maus and they bought a new SUV. I was told I would receive a referral fee..... Still haven't gotten it.
