Very bad experience. Could not reach service advisor after 7 attempts. Charged $180 for diagnostics. 2009 Murano Driver’s door wouldn’t open. Maus proposal to fix was $2,600. On July 10, I brought my car in for maintenance and to have another full diagnostic done of my vehicle to check for a persistent noise that my family keeps claiming they hear, even though I never hear it. have another full diagnostic done of my vehicle to check for a persistent noise that my family keeps claiming they hear, even though I never hear it. I was considering waiting there until Tiffany informed me that they were very busy due to the weekend and the tropical storm backing up the workload, so I requested a shuttle home. It was ready in less than 5 minutes and my driver was very pleasant. My car was both washed and vacuumed very well. The only charge I had was $20 for fuel treatment and my Murano has been running beautifully since. They were unable to duplicate the noise, but this is the second time I brought it in and I've had no issues resulting from it, so the matter's closed as far as I'm concerned. I had requested Katrina but Tiffany did an admirable job in her stead, even providing me a detailed report via email (never received such before). Please keep your great service staff around and taking excellent care of your customers!! More
