However this time we had a smell problem In the car and didn’t know what the problem was. We took it in without an appointment and they took care of it right away. Turns out it was the battery! They are courteous and I feel comfortable dropping my car off to them. always a pleasure. More
Process is long The process took longer then needed. Still taking it back muffler was uneven, they fixed it. Now the trim on my trunk was not glued right and I have to take it back once again. Had my car for 2 months it should have been near perfect. I shouldn’t have to keep taking it back. Now can’t see me til next Tuesday so If the trim pops our while I’m driving it doesn’t matter to them. More

Took too long,dirty vehicle Purchased used Lincoln. Salesperson was very pleasant but the process took a little too long. The leather dyeing was done very nicely. However the vehicle was not cleaned as promised (lipstick on hard surfaces, popcorn pills candy under seats, exterior not waxed, floor mats dirty). I told the salesman that we had to detail it ourselves (this took nearly a full day). The coil pack for plugs was replaced to make engine light turn off but we had to replace plugs & a wheel bearing assembly to make vehicle run properly. Living an hour from dealership made it very inconvenient to keep returning. Had to return to pick up a part but will install at home because we were not informed when it came in & were not given opportunity to fit the installation into our schedule. Very dissatisfied with finance dept representative, Ernest. His desire to sell financing overrode ethics. I was able to save $1100 by using my credit union's financing. Ernest downplayed the value of doing this even showing that other credit unions didn't have good rates and implying that my credit union wouldn't offer a good rate (mine is 2.75%!). We would not choose to work with him again. More

Much disappointment For the past week or so I have been getting text messages or voicemails from the dealership informing me that my car is “going to paint”. Yesterday at For the past week or so I have been getting text messages or voicemails from the dealership informing me that my car is “going to paint”. Yesterday at approximately 3:30 PM I was informed that not only is my car complete and must be picked up by 6 PM but it is also the last day of my car rental agreement. Thanks for the heads up! The dealership is about an hour and a half away from where I live. I explain to the person on the other end of the phone that I would not be able to pick it up by the end of the day because of the distance and the only thing that she told me was that I would have to incur extra fees on my rental. I find it very disappointing and very suspicious that my car seemed like it was in “paint“ forever. And then conveniently on the last day in the last hours of my rental agreement expiring my car with conveniently ready! There was no time for me to prepare to travel that distance to get my car due to the fact that I own my own business and I cannot just walk away from it without any notice. I find it to be very unfair that this dealership absorbed All of my rental time pretending to fix my car. And now by the time I clear my work schedule and get to the dealership to pick up my car I may over hundreds of dollars extra purely due to the air responsibility of the scheduling system at the dealership and the lack of communication informing me that my car may be ready in the next day or two so prepare to pick it up. More
