We knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. The sales rep met us, listened to our needs, and quickly put together a proposal that gave us a comfort level that resulted in leavin g a deposit 30 minutes after stated closing tim e. We never felt rushed or pressured. Appointment to pickup car was scheduled. Only downside to this experience was the car had not been totally detailed by the time of the appointment so there was some dead time waiting for it. Not the dealer's fault, but Acura Link posed connectivity problems during the explanation period of the technology package. Eventually got it too access our cell phone. More

Very incomplete work The people were very nice. The job was only supposed to take a little over a week and it was almost three weeks before I got my car back. They calle The people were very nice. The job was only supposed to take a little over a week and it was almost three weeks before I got my car back. They called me once to pick it up but I don’t think anyone bothered to do a quality check. The car was not repaired properly. Then they took the car back to fix what was not fixed the first time. So they called the second time and more incomplete things were found. So they took the truck back again. Wasn’t until the third time it was right. Need someone to really look over trucks before they call customers. Also, noticed the parts they used were not always new. More

Was completed in the expected timeframe and as agreed. Robert Walker provided a timely update as to the repair on my 2007 TL and what else would be appropriate given the mileage of 67,000. In addition to repairing the driver side window mechanism, they also recommended the injection system cleaning. All is great with my car...many more miles to go! Thanks! More
