Continuing EXCELLENCE in Service Having taken in both my Acura vehicles this past week, both Service Advisors gave us impeccable service. First, Todd ordered a warrantied part quickl Having taken in both my Acura vehicles this past week, both Service Advisors gave us impeccable service. First, Todd ordered a warrantied part quickly so that the AC on our TLX could run properly while putting us in a very nice loaner vehicle considering it was the weekend. Thank you!! Secondly, Robert in an emergency fit me as I had issues with the battery/Bluetooth on my TSX. He exceeded my expectations by disconnecting the Bluetooth for NO CHARGE and replacing my warrantied battery when it wouldn’t start. All of which was done promptly and with complete professionalism. Once again, Kudos!! I am happy to own 2 vehicles purchased at Ferman and even happier to say that ALL of my service needs have been taken of at Ferman as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FERMAN TEAM!! We’ll be visiting Austin soon for our 2019 RDX. More
