First, Todd ordered a warrantied part quickly so that the AC on our TLX could run properly while putting us in a very nice loaner vehicle considering it was the weekend. Thank you!! Secondly, Robert in an emergency fit me as I had issues with the battery/Bluetooth on my TSX. He exceeded my expectations by disconnecting the Bluetooth for NO CHARGE and replacing my warrantied battery when it wouldn’t start. All of which was done promptly and with complete professionalism. Once again, Kudos!! I am happy to own 2 vehicles purchased at Ferman and even happier to say that ALL of my service needs have been taken of at Ferman as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FERMAN TEAM!! We’ll be visiting Austin soon for our 2019 RDX. More

We knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. The sales rep met us, listened to our needs, and quickly put together a proposal that gave us a comfort level that resulted in leavin g a deposit 30 minutes after stated closing tim e. We never felt rushed or pressured. Appointment to pickup car was scheduled. Only downside to this experience was the car had not been totally detailed by the time of the appointment so there was some dead time waiting for it. Not the dealer's fault, but Acura Link posed connectivity problems during the explanation period of the technology package. Eventually got it too access our cell phone. More
