Upon completing my initial service request, Robert informed me that one of my tires was slipping off the belt and should be replaced. Following a brief discussion of my options and associated costs, we decided to replace both rear tires and do an alignment. During our discussions, I never felt pressured to go one way or the other. And as always, I enjoy my brief encounters with Bryan Anderson. I've been a Ferman customer since coming to Florida (2011) and Bryan was my 1st service rep. His friendliness and good humor make him a wonderful asset to Ferman Acura. More
