Brandon set us up with getting all the things we needed, including showing me the options for the rear cargo protection. I bought the molded mat for the cargo area and it looks perfect. Jeremy was a big help in getting my vehicle brought around. The Ferman Acura folks made sure my car was ready when I arrived for pick up. Jennifer in the service collision center was most helpful, because I went to the wrong location and she took the time to track down Jeremy and direct me to the correct building to pick up my vehicles. Recent MDX purchase 5/8/19 I am a long time Lexus fan but decided to test drive a new 2019 MDX just to compare. I have to say, I was very impressed. I didn't think I was ready to buy since my SUV just turned 40K miles but after a very short discussion with Bill K. and Mike the General manager, we agreed to an offer with my Lexus RX350 trade-in that I couldn't walk away from. The no hassle- no pressure auto buying experience was something I wasn't expecting. I appreciated Bill's expertise and overall knowledge of the vehicle.
