We spent all of May, 2019 looking for a good, safe car for our 16 year old son Purchasing our pre-owned Acura TL-S was a great experience at Ferman. We spent all of May, 2019 looking for a good, safe car for our 16 year old son that was in our price range. We had driven several all around the Tampa area (dealers and private owners) and finally lucked into finding a car at Ferman pre-owned. From the moment that I talked to Jim on the phone about the car I knew it would be a good experience. And when I went to test-drive the car, it was Jim's day off and he left me in the very capable hands of Raphael. Between these two lovely men, they helped a very nervous mother (who had lots of questions and made many phone calls) purchase a first car for our oldest child. They had great patience with me and sold me a very safe car and at a great price. And even after I purchased the car I had a few questions, and they were responsive and took the time to talk. I really appreciated how easy Jim and Raphael (and Dino - with all the paperwork!) made purchasing a car. More
