Beware of Ferman - Sale Price rip off & Finance Misselling I have been facing very unpleasant and frustrating experience with Ferman Acura right from the beginning. The price I negotiated for Acura RDX-AWD Tec I have been facing very unpleasant and frustrating experience with Ferman Acura right from the beginning. The price I negotiated for Acura RDX-AWD Tech Pack , but FWD was delivered to me instead of AWD. Sent an email and went in person as I did not get response (obviously). They showed me a negotiated quote document that I agreed and signed. It was quiet surprise for me as it was not my signature , someone from Ferman singed as me !! (I have the photo copy of the doc). For Car Finance, they tried to miss sell Acura finance which is higher interest rate than BOA where I am a preferred platinum customer. Also without informing me , they ran the credit for BB&T. I came to know this after 2 months when BB&T sent a notice which impacted my credit report. Car registration was also done wrongly with color as Blue instead of Black. I reported this immediately after I received the registration documents from Ferman Acura and its been more than 1 ½ months ,still I haven’t heard any update on this. I keep sending many emails and called over phone expecting just a reply or at least an acknowledgement. But no response till date. Because of these bad experience, I lost my trust and integrity on them. Now I am worrying about the future car service as well. More

They explained everything thoroughly and I was very surprised how quickly the repair was done. Miss Sandy even told me how to go about cleaning the bugs and sap off my car. I must give two thumbs up for the detail team. My car looks BRAND SPANKIN NEW! This was my 3rd or 4th Nissan experience and my only disappointment was that I could not get my oil changed after my car was repaired, but that's a small thing. Keep up the good work Nissan. We also had to fill out lots of paperwork with duplicate information. Has Ferman heard of iPads? The process took probably four times longer than it needed to. More

Excellent customer service After being scheduled incorrectly; I was not a happy customer on a Saturday morning. Michael Stevens took the time to help me. Even though he couldn’t fix the problem that day; he made arrangements that week for resolution. He went above and beyond to help me. I have a new RDX with crackling speakers. I was booked for evaluation and the specialist was off that day. Michael Stevens arranged for me to come later that week and drop off my car. He had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. He text me updates during the repair. Michael made me feel like an individual and not just another customer. He made the pickup seem less. He gets an A+++ in service recovery! I left happy and with no crackling speakers. More
