Alex WIlliams and Alex Prado at the deadlership were great personally, but my overall experience with Maus was awful. I financed a lease buyout AT an Acura dealer, and they didn't do any coordinati great personally, but my overall experience with Maus was awful. I financed a lease buyout AT an Acura dealer, and they didn't do any coordination with AcuraLink who canceled my subscriptions the next day thinking the car was no longer mine. When I asked the dealership what happened they said this wasn't their problem. Follow-up was awful and I wasn't give all the right documents before I left. When Acura sent me a survey and I said I ddn't get all the right documents the dealership contacted me and was a bit defensive. More
