After driving an RDX as a loaner for a day, I decided I would go back and lease one when my other lease was up. Angelo Coton was the perfect salesperson! Knowledgable, low pressure, and easy to work with. I've continued to take my RDX in for service there and on my last visit, Angelo greeted me upon arrival. He showed me the new 2013 RDX as well as the MDX, since I hinted I might consider stepping up to one. I would recommend Angelo and the Ferman Acura team to anyone in the market for a car! More

We recently purchased a 2011 TL from Ferman Acura and we found our contact and buying experience with Ferman to be wonderful. Our salesperson, Alan Steinberg, was an extremely genuine individual who did an excellent job of informing us about the vehicle while at the same time giving us the space to move at our own pace and purchase when ready. We later found out that a couple we are friends with had purchased an MDX from Alan within the past year and they had the same positive experience with Alan. Seems like a strange concept when buying a car, but go figure, we got to buy a car from a salesperson we actually liked. Thanks Alan. When it comes to buying a vehicle, we are fairly upfront with our position that the dealership with the best price will ultimately earn our business. Alan knew that from the start and focused on his role of explaining the features and options of the car rather than putting the cart before the horse and directly trying to close a sale on a car. When the time to buy came, a couple other dealers weren’t in the ballpark price wise and another local dealer seemed more intent on flip-flopping on the price of our trade-in then getting a deal done. But, no issues with Ferman Acura. We simply picked up the phone and gave Alan the price we were willing to pay and within 5 minutes I was asked “ask your wife how she will like driving in her new TL.” Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about this particular buying experience with Ferman Acura. Brett, Luke and Alan even agreed to throw in a Ferman Acura Nike/polo shirt to boot - nice touch. Ferman Acura, and Alan, will certainly be in the mix when we purchase our next Acura vehicle and I would certainly recommend this dealership. More
They were not good at responding, they had no intention of selling us a vechile, or at least acted like it didn't matter. They tried getting over on with price. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I had called ahead and spoken to Carlos (supposedly the Sales Manager) about purchasing a new 2010 MDX. He gave me all the details and pr dealership. I had called ahead and spoken to Carlos (supposedly the Sales Manager) about purchasing a new 2010 MDX. He gave me all the details and pricing options, and we made arrangements on a visit (so as not to waste my time). My wife and I show up at the dealership, at the arranged time to meet Carlos. He introduces himself and begins to play games. Changing the price, claiming we never spoke, and that the price he quoted was for a different vehicle. Then he went away for 30 minutes, claiming he was working on getting us the best deal possible. He finally came back and told us that the deal we got over the phone didn't exist, but that he was able to pull some strings and get us the car for just a little bit more ($5000 more). We left furious and will never be back. The best part was that a customer service rep called us back the next day and asked how our visit was - when we told her the story, she pretended that Carlos didn't exist. We called back 10 minutes later and asked for Carlos, and he picked up the phone. This place was simply awful and a complete waste of time. More
