went way out of my way to see this volvo { the car cant went way out of my way to see this volvo { the car cant help being there } Traded in my f250 for it. 1st i took three hundred dollars less than othe went way out of my way to see this volvo { the car cant help being there } Traded in my f250 for it. 1st i took three hundred dollars less than other dealer were going to give me. no problem ill eat that. i saw that the fog light wire was hanging. i said...no problem just get that fixed and it pulled right slightly so check that as well. all good so far. they said they had the part there. { this part of my story very important. } theyll put it on while i sign. well after i signed they said it would take too long....bring it back. brought it back. they aligned it and shined it up. { raining that day}. i got home a llllllllllll the way back to new port richey. they never fixed the light. called them..they said bring it back.. i said ill put it on myself, ill pick up the part. { we really want to do it for you...we want to do it right. } if thats true id have a working fog light. so any way i went back to pick up the part. { mind you i used to work in auto. } the service advisor said to my face " we dont have the part. it almost impossible to find for a 2006 volvo" i looked at him and said " r u serious " i went to one of the main mangers who quickly got him on the phone and told him to order the part and send it fed ex to my house. the manager thought that made things better. i told him " does it not bother anyone that their advisor had the xxxxx to lie to a customer right to their face. " it may b just me but if it were my business i would have offer a free service of some sort, a gift card..... dont go there....they r liars time to take to face book and spread the word More
Recently, I purchased a 2013 MDX from this dealership and they were extremely eager to earn my business. However, after earning my business and delivering the vehicle to me, they couldn't be bothered to assi they were extremely eager to earn my business. However, after earning my business and delivering the vehicle to me, they couldn't be bothered to assist me when my temporary tag had expired and I was in need of a new one, since my plate hadn't been sent to me by the state. My salesperson Chris Ross asked me to come to the delaership to pick it up and assured me it would be ready, but upon my arrival it was not and he was too busy dealing with a prospective customer. Unfortunately for me, nobody was willing to assist and I left without the tag and had to drive my vehicle with an expired tag. After making numerous calls to the dealership the following day, I was finally informed that the state had issued the plate and I needed to wait for the plate in the mail. Still not an acceptable respolution and I am still driving a vehicle with an expired tag. Unfortunately, this dealership talks a big game about how they value customer service, but they do not seem to deliver it nor care about anything else but the SALE!!!!!!!! As someone who was in the business and can fully appreciate how hectic it can be internally, this is not how I treated my clients. In addition, I even tipped my saleperson(something very rarely done) since it was a low gross deal and wanted to show my appreciation to him, you would think he would have assuredmy request was handeled appropriately. I wonder how I would have been treated without tipping him. More

I had a great experience at Ferman on Florida Avenue. My dealer Trisha, listened to what I was looking for, and I fell in love with the first car she brought me. When it came down to numbers, they were never pushy, and made sure we both got what we wanted. The finance manager Rob, was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job of explaining all the paper work. I had an all around great experience buying my beautiful Acura, and will definitely return in the future. My husband and I were shopping around for a vehicle to replace a Honda CR-V and my husband had owned an Accura previously and was very pleased with its ride and handling. When we arrived Saturday, July 14th, at Ferman's we were looking with interest but not expecting the exceptional service that we recieved from both John and Rich. We had called ahead for an appointment, met at the door graciously, spoke to John about our interest and concerns and immediately he began to persue possibilities. Drove a 2013 but was not pleased with the color. John quickly recalled a new shipment and took us to the back to find the exact car that fit both of our wish lists. John was very busy with personal customers and he turned the sale over to Richard who cared out the negotiations and closed the deal. No pressure, lots of respect, willingness to work with the customer, desire to listen to our comfort with the buying package and traded in the CR-V and bought the car. They loaned us a car so that we would put no more miles on our car and processed the vehicle for out pick up on Monday. Paper work was completed as much as possible before we so as to save time and with the assistance of Richard and financial Manager Linda were driving home our new car by the afternoon. John took time to show us many of the extras on the vehicle and we left feeling like we had made an exceptional deal and worked with some wonderful people in the process. Looking forward to dealing with Furman Accura again and would refer the dealership, John, Richard and Linda any time to any one looking for a great car and a group of great people. More
We originally visited the Ferman Nissan dealership next door to see a used MDX that we did not end up purchasing. We decided that we really wanted a new MDX and the Ferman Acura dealer right next door had door to see a used MDX that we did not end up purchasing. We decided that we really wanted a new MDX and the Ferman Acura dealer right next door had one in the rare color we wanted, along with all of the features we wanted. Instead of trying to "keep the sale" the salesperson from Nissan, Mike, kindly turned us over to an Acura salesperson because he wanted us to deal with someone who had true expertise in the product. We thought this was very professional of him and we appreciated his concern for our complete satisfaction. He even stopped by later in the day to make sure we were getting good service and followed up with a phone call the next day. Our Acura salesperson, Angelo, and his manager, Luke, were a complete pleasure to work with. We also had our 2 young kids with us in the showroom and they were very accommodating to them. The finance manager, Linda, even had coloring books and crayons ready when the kids were becoming impatient during the signing process. Angelo stayed beyond closing time to make sure we were comfortable in our new car and covered the information that was most important to us. He also directed us to helpful websites with gret information and tutorials. The showroom was very busy that day, but not once did we feel rushed or neglected. Everyone we met was professional, courteous, and genuinely concerned for our needs. More

As we walk across the floor, we were introduced to Angelo Coton(very polite, generous and courteous). We immediately fell in love with Angelo due to his sincere personality. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it easy for our decision making. We planned on going to another car dealership and with the comparative of the three vehicles. Unfortunately, we never got that far and because Mr. Angelo made sure that we were at the right place and search no more, and he was exactly correct. He took the time to listen and understand our needs. When it comes to buying a vehicle, we are fairly up-front with our position that the dealership with the best price will ultimately earn our business. Mr. Angelo was an extremely genuine individual who did an excellent job of informing us about the vehicle while at the same time giving us the space to move at our own pace and purchase when ready. From the start, Mr. Angelo focused on his role of explaining all the features and options of the car to us and was very sincere and not trying to close a sale on a car. We appreciate his honesty and flexibility. We both came to Ferman Acura late but Mr. Angelo willing to stay late and made us feel comfortable with our decision(got to love him). This shows us that Mr. Angelo went above and beyond our expectations. Not only, he walked us through all the features and functionality; he was very honest and sincere throughout this process. As far as buying car experiences, this is one of the most memorable we have ever had. Just having that unforgettable and exceptional experience, you can't top that. The relationship that we build with Mr. Angelo was far above outstanding. At the end of this whole process, we felt so blessed to have met Mr. Angelo(my miracle worker) sold us our magnificent and luxurious vehicle. The Acura RDX is the best decision we have ever made.
