Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I had called ahead and spoken to Carlos (supposedly the Sales Manager) about purchasing a new 2010 MDX. He gave me all the details and pr dealership. I had called ahead and spoken to Carlos (supposedly the Sales Manager) about purchasing a new 2010 MDX. He gave me all the details and pricing options, and we made arrangements on a visit (so as not to waste my time). My wife and I show up at the dealership, at the arranged time to meet Carlos. He introduces himself and begins to play games. Changing the price, claiming we never spoke, and that the price he quoted was for a different vehicle. Then he went away for 30 minutes, claiming he was working on getting us the best deal possible. He finally came back and told us that the deal we got over the phone didn't exist, but that he was able to pull some strings and get us the car for just a little bit more ($5000 more). We left furious and will never be back. The best part was that a customer service rep called us back the next day and asked how our visit was - when we told her the story, she pretended that Carlos didn't exist. We called back 10 minutes later and asked for Carlos, and he picked up the phone. This place was simply awful and a complete waste of time. More
