Service at Acura I was waiting for my car's oil change. When additional services were recommended, they were explained to me, and I said I could not wait any longer I was waiting for my car's oil change. I'm typically quite cynical when dealing with sales people in general, especially at car dealerships, but I was ve First time shopper at Ferman Acura. I'm typically quite cynical when dealing with sales people in general, especially at car dealerships, but I was very pleasantly surprised by Noor's friendly personality, honesty and non-pushy approach. He gave us the space we needed and was great with my kids, even setting them up to watch TV and gave them vending machine vouchers while my wife and I made our decisions. I clearly explained my MDX specs and price expectations. Noor made a single visit to the sales manager and came back with a deal that far exceeded all of my expectations. No games, no time wasting, no problems! The finance manager was a real treat as well. A really nice and funny guy and obviously good at his job. He was very efficient and clearly explained everything. While I signed the paperwork, Noor showed my wife the vehicle's features and even got my boys set up with the rear entertainment system and headphones, which they loved! This is my 3rd consecutive Acura purchase and will not be my last. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I've had with any dealership. More

He has gone the extra mile for me insuring that my needs are met and my concerns are addressed, both in buying and in customer service after purchase. Each time I have come to the dealership, Angelo has made himself available to assist me. During my last purchase a few days ago, I contacted Angelo after already deciding to purchase from one of your competitors due to a negative experience with warranty service. In fact, en-route to purchase from the other dealer I called Angelo to inform him and wanted to deal exclusively with him to clear my lease. Though not at work, Angelo was able to direct me to a vehicle and a co-worker (Austin) to assist me. After going to the other dealer, I decided to delay a purchase until I followed thru with my visit as I had told Angelic I would. Upon arrival l was greeted at the reception desk and my name was there and Austin was awaiting. From that point on all was smooth sailing, even the finance area was pleasant, and that is rare. I confess, had it not been for Angelo's commitment to service and his follow thru, I would not have purchased. He is an asset to your business and Austin follows right in his footsteps.
