We originally came in to inquire about turning in our leased Honda for an Acura - which they replied that they would pay our final payment and deal with mileage/wear-tear (since we knew we had gone over our miles). Come to find out, our contract only stated the final payment (shame on us for not reading every page handed to us to sign). Fast forward three months - final payment to Honda Financial Services (within same company as Acura Financial) and the payment still has not been made, even thought we were told it had (in June) and then they "really did it this time" in July (though they mailed ME a check to a wrong address). I finally just made the payment to Honda to ensure our credit. Who knows if I'll ever get a check from Acura Ferman. Am putting complaints here, to Acura directly, and in any other place I can given how frustrating this experience has been - especially after how great they seemed when we leased the car. My recommendation - FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP to work with. More

Excellent Service We recently purchased a used car from Ferman. After 2 weeks , while cleaning the car, we noticed the carpets on the passenger and drivers side were w We recently purchased a used car from Ferman. After 2 weeks , while cleaning the car, we noticed the carpets on the passenger and drivers side were wet. We called the salesman and the service manager himself called us back to set up a next day appointment. We were not really sure how they would handle the situation since it was a used car. I took our 2013 TSX Aura in and Chuck set us up right away and provided a loaner. The service manager did a follow up call and Chuck had the car ready the next afternoon. All (Salesman - Rafael , Service Advisor - Chuck , Guest Relations Specialist - Brian and Joe- Manager) were excellent . First class service at a first class dealership. Thank you so much for everything! A friend and I went on a research mission to find a good car with great safety features for a fair price. I brought my friend, my son, my husband, and my daughter to the dealership on different days and the customer service was incredible. Alan Steinberg was our sales associate and was always helping someone when we popped in, un-announced and without an appointment, to look at the Acura RDX and MDX vehicles. His co-workers stepped up and answered questions for us without hesitation. The experience of purchasing the new RDX was excellent! Alan, Andre and Scott made the transition quite simple! Maintenance/repair I had a 10:24 drop off time. When I got there Bryan Anderson was ready for me and took my car right in. I decided to wait to see how long it would b I had a 10:24 drop off time. He came back to me within the hour and said it would take approximately 1 12 hours to fix. I decided to wait. He had the car ready earlier than anticipated. More
