Great first routine service. My first routine visit was a breeze. I was taken care of as soon as I entered the building and my car was promised to me in an hour. My service advisor offered me complimentary snacks and beverages while I waited for my car to be finished. He even poked his head into the waiting lounge a few times to keep me updated on the work.
