I needed a new car rather quickly and had spent the entire day calling dealerships and getting quotes/specials, etc. I called and randomly got on the phone with Brian Olson (a manager, which is so rare) around 8pm the day of my accident and while I was talking to him, I felt his kindness and genuine caring spirit. He even sent me a you-tube video to my email the next day when I was arriving in person to go over the details of my new car!- just so I could see his face and know who to look for. He went above and beyond all my expectations for buying a car. Austin, my actual sales rep was wonderful! He went above and beyond to help me with my million questions I had about my new car. He has great patience and a great sense of humor. Everyone inside this dealership is always so kind to me and I have never bought a car with such little stress (more excitement) and gotten everything I really wanted. I drove to this Tampa Acura dealership vs the Clearwater Acura dealership (when I live in St Pete) for this dealership and I will never go anywhere else for car needs!
