Then when we settled on the RDX instead of approaching the sale from how much are these people willing to pay he took my ballpark numbers and made it work. He gave me all pricing options up front so I could compare and make an educated decision instead of the stupid paper from the manager tactic. We will be buying all our cars from Ferman Acura from now on. More
