Alan and Rachel, in sales, were genuinely interested in my business and my satisfaction. The manager, Gray, actively listened to my rationale and responded in kind. Throughout the entire process, I felt Ferman truly wanted my business. Once I committed to the deal, Ferman personnel continued to be proactive when unexpected circumstances arose. I received appropriate updates with the promise that their standards would be higher than mine. And they were. WITHOUT HESITATION, Ferman will be my go-to dealer in the future. Brake flush and refill and al round replacement pads Todd is excellent.Unknown to him my 15 year old rsx was left with corrosive brake fluid over the airbox,the bulkhead and the chassis ?...I guess the m Todd is excellent.Unknown to him my 15 year old rsx was left with corrosive brake fluid over the airbox,the bulkhead and the chassis ?...I guess the mechanic would call that spillage ?......Now would he have done that with a new car ?......I'm sure he would have at least cleaned it up on a new car!Mechanally I keep my work commuter in tip top condition,clean synthetic oil , K & N air filter,tires regularly rotated.Still going strong 142500 miles on the clock.Anyway whenI got home I took the front left wheel off and cleaned all the corrosive brake fluid off !....However regardless of this experience Iwould come back for any work that I feel would be necessary to be done by the main dealer in the future.Todd has always done an excellent job.in the past .Its the mechanic that has not cleaned up after himself that let him down! More
