As he was professional, knowledgeable and if i had a question in which he was unsure he double checked. His honesty and integrity lead me to making a purchase. He was personable and calm unlike some dealers can be (fast talking, high pressure sales does not work on me). I did not feel pressured or mislead, just simply guided which was key for my personality style as this was my 4th dealership looking at cars. I found my new car here and would go back in a heart beat as everyone in the office was nice and helpful. More

Delivered the vehicle on a truck bed and picked up my previous vehicle without ever seeing it. Basically, the deal was based on mutual trust. the paperwork was done online and via FedEx. Strongly recommended. This is the third vehicle I buy this way. In each case it was easier and more pleasent. This is likely because I could choose the highest rated dealer for the brand I was nterested in instead of limiting myself to the two local guys neither of whom could compare favourably to Ferman.
