They are the worst Acura dealership in central florida. They have left me stranded numerous times after oil changes. The last time i went there oil spilled all over my engine because they didnt tighten the They have left me stranded numerous times after oil changes. The last time i went there oil spilled all over my engine because they didnt tighten the cap correctly causing me to miss 2 days of work since i commute to sarasota and almost lost my job. I had to deal with my car smelling like gas for moments at a time days after. This On top of the fact the sold me a car with a defect cauding life threatening conditions. They swore up and down the defect was caused by road conditions until a recall came out then of course they had nothing to say. They have sent me home numerous times sfter duplicating a problem in their shop which is actually against their own protocols. Ive had to go to other Acura dealers to get my car fixed for problems they couldn’t rectify. Their bonehead owner devin acts as if all that is no big deal. Do not go here they have cost me thousands of dollars from having to miss work due to their incompetence. Their advisors are morons and do not know crap about their own vehicles. They write fake reviews to make themselves look good on top of the fact they report and delete negative reviews like they have done with mine on facebook and google. DO NOT COME HERE they are unprofessional and do not care about their customers only care about your money im living proof of that. This is my 2nd review on here because the problems continue to pile on without them doing a xxxx thing to make thing better. I only go here for services I already paid for but clearly at this point would be better off just going somewhere else and paying more money for stuff I shouldn’t have to because ive paid Maus. More
