Got a good deal on the car. Went in with bad credit but had cash in hand so no problem there. Pre-ownership experiece with staff was standard, but afterwards they were shady. Bought the car with bad/torn floor mats, sales rep. offered to replace them with factory brand mats. 4 months later I recieved some cheap $13 mats (looked them up), I mean really bad ones, worst than the ones you can buy at your local parts store. The floor mats weren't a big deal to me, heck I didn't even notice the damaged mats ... It's making me drive an hour out to and fro also the company not following through with agreements made. UPDATE: after putting a complaint here and going throuhg with a complaint with the Better Business Bureua (which they are apart of) I got my Toyota brand mats. I still fell like it shouldn't have had to go this far. More
