After the damage was repaired I felt the drivers seat jump when tilted. I took it to Main Motors for an oil change and to have the seat looked at and the seat base was replaced under warranty. Got an oil change next time at main motors and asked them to check the heated seat that wasn't working, same seat the base was replaced under. I was told the switch was bad and needed to be replaced. My son looked at the seat and found the wiring disconnected from the seat and the switch also, he re-connected the wiring to the seat and switch and the seat heats fine. Amazing !! Took the car back for another oil change and tire rotation last week and was told I would need to replaced the tire pressure sensor to the LF wheel because it was showing the 35 PSI filled tire was reading 75 -92. I left after paying for the oil change and found it reading 81 PSI. A day later when going to a store the service tire monitor trouble light came on and the reading on the dash was double dash for the LF tire, My son again came to the rescue and found this could probably be fixed by resetting the tire monitors by following a certain procedure. Last night after work we performed that procedure which took about 10 minutes and now all four tires are being sensed and reading correctly on the dash. Main Motors in Anoka, MN has lost a customer at this point as I feel they cannot be trusted to be an honest reputable repair facility. About the only positive thing I can say is the people I dealt with were friendly and courteous. I just wonder how many people have gone through what I have and gone ahead and told them to fix their vehicle when told of the problems instead of saying they would call and schedule a time for the repair just to lose unnecessary money. How much more of this is going on in these days where people are barely able to provide their basic needs ? Consumers really need to be careful today in these financially troubled times ! Got a good deal on the car. Went in with bad credit but had cash in hand so no problem there. Pre-ownership experiece with staff was standard, but afterwards they were shady. Bought the car with bad/torn floor mats, sales rep. offered to replace them with factory brand mats. 4 months later I recieved some cheap $13 mats (looked them up), I mean really bad ones, worst than the ones you can buy at your local parts store. The floor mats weren't a big deal to me, heck I didn't even notice the damaged mats ... It's making me drive an hour out to and fro also the company not following through with agreements made. UPDATE: after putting a complaint here and going throuhg with a complaint with the Better Business Bureua (which they are apart of) I got my Toyota brand mats. I still fell like it shouldn't have had to go this far. More
