Got me a Silverado LTZ Went in to main motors to get a truck, had previously stopped in to look at an Avalanche but didn't get back soon enough, my bad. Worked with Mike Rue on round 1, on round 2 after seeing the avalanche was gone I figured I would check out a Silverado LTZ and walked up to Mike and he remembered me by name, very awesome. He was extremely helpful and dedicated to assist in what I was looking for. They got me a good rate and I got my truck. 1 week later my oil pressure dropped which is quite common in Silverado's so I called them back up, they got me set up with a courtesy truck and kept me completely updated on what was taking place thanks to Tyler Newstrom in the service department. No matter what the other reviews say I recommend Main Motors. More

Honesty Is Totally Neccessay ! MAIN MOTORS - Anoka, MN Bought a used Malibu at another dealership due to what I wanted. I was rear-ended about 7 months later. After the damage wa MAIN MOTORS - Anoka, MN Bought a used Malibu at another dealership due to what I wanted. I was rear-ended about 7 months later. After the damage was repaired I felt the drivers seat jump when tilted. I took it to Main Motors for an oil change and to have the seat looked at and the seat base was replaced under warranty. Got an oil change next time at main motors and asked them to check the heated seat that wasn't working, same seat the base was replaced under. I was told the switch was bad and needed to be replaced. My son looked at the seat and found the wiring disconnected from the seat and the switch also, he re-connected the wiring to the seat and switch and the seat heats fine. Amazing !! Took the car back for another oil change and tire rotation last week and was told I would need to replaced the tire pressure sensor to the LF wheel because it was showing the 35 PSI filled tire was reading 75 -92. I left after paying for the oil change and found it reading 81 PSI. A day later when going to a store the service tire monitor trouble light came on and the reading on the dash was double dash for the LF tire, My son again came to the rescue and found this could probably be fixed by resetting the tire monitors by following a certain procedure. Last night after work we performed that procedure which took about 10 minutes and now all four tires are being sensed and reading correctly on the dash. Main Motors in Anoka, MN has lost a customer at this point as I feel they cannot be trusted to be an honest reputable repair facility. About the only positive thing I can say is the people I dealt with were friendly and courteous. I just wonder how many people have gone through what I have and gone ahead and told them to fix their vehicle when told of the problems instead of saying they would call and schedule a time for the repair just to lose unnecessary money. How much more of this is going on in these days where people are barely able to provide their basic needs ? Consumers really need to be careful today in these financially troubled times !
