Dan was absolutely AMAZING! I had talked to at least 3 dealers/sales people before I got to him; one stopped replying and the other two put in no effort to actually help. However, when I got contacted by Dan, he was with me from start to finish and so on! Literally, he answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION and I feel so bad for the guy, I know I drove him crazy haha. I can't thank him enough for all of his help and support. This was a whole new experience for me and definitely a nerve racking one. Walking into the dealership, I wasn't sure if it was going to be the same feeling and to my surprise, the same treatment carried on. The other staff was very helpful, nice, and respectful! Thanks to Dan, the dealership, and the other staff - anything car related, I will continue to go back to Dan every single time because of the positive experience I was able to have. More
Finance dept is disrespectful and inept. Mauer ran my credit report as well as GM Financial. Mauer had to have a copy of my driver's license as well as my insurance card. I leased a Chevy EV Blazer and love the vehicle. However, the customer service afterwards has been less than ideal. Our salesperson was able to bring the vehicle to a halfway point due to being an However, the customer service afterwards has been less than ideal. Our salesperson was able to bring the vehicle to a halfway point due to being an out of state purchase. We signed the leftover paperwork and accepted the car. After signing for the vehicle we went down the road to get some food and drinks for the ride back home. In this short time we noticed we missed a scratch on the vehicle. I called him right away and he said he would take care of us. The plan was to get the scratch repaired back in my home town and not their dealership. I appreciated that a lot and scheduled it to get fixed. In this short time, our salesperson had left for another job. When I reached out to the dealership via e-mail with the charge of the scratch repair this is when the customer service fell flat on the floor. I worked with Michael who directed me to a Josh B. Josh B. was slow to respond and did not have a good customer service mind set. When I sent the bill over, the body shop was expecting to get paid. The payment from the dealership wasn't sent over to the body shop until Friday after numerous e-mails and phone calls were made by myself. I had to go above Josh and speak with Megan one of the managers. Her level of help was less than satisfactory as well. The follow up with Josh and coordinating the body shop to get paid (as was their plan developed by Mauer) took almost three days. The body shop took my word that Mauer was going to pay the bill and I got to stand in front of them saying sorry for the delay for a few days feeling like I needed to settle the bill to save my overall image as a loyal customer to them. On Friday morning Josh called me, it was the shortest conversation I have ever had. The bill was paid and you could tell he was frustrated with a lot of things. They came up with the plan, and I followed through on my end with their plan. It is hard to understand why they were not communicating as a team to fix a simple scratch. I wish that was the end but its not. My temp tag is now expired. I reached out to the NDDOT in regards to my registration and they said that a piece of paper was missing in the paperwork Mauer sent over by Mauer. Mistakes happen, but once again, I had to search to find the answers on why something wasn't getting done. I reached out to Megan once again at Mauer and she explained that I needed to talk to someone who handles this paperwork on the next day. I called the next day and asking to speak to this person who was out of the office. I waited over the weekend and spoke to her this morning. She is very nice and explained the process and said her department missed a sheet of paper but they will overnight it and they are in contact with NDDOT. I appreciate her owning it and having a solution. My only issue is that I am overdue on my temp tag and I asked for another one. She said that another temp tag can't be issued and they would pay for any ticket incurred. The main issue with this is that my driving record could be dinged but I am supposed to feel better knowing they will foot the bill? During the sale, we were offered Twins tickets for getting a car through them. It was either take the tickets or a hundred dollars. I wish I would have taken the cash because I don't even want to reach out for our tickets next year. I am sure not every scenario is like this, but I will be overlooking their vehicle ads and not come back in the future. More

I have purchased many vehicles from main Motors and now 2 with the new owners. Easy to work with and most service has been good. The only things i think they could do better is answer calls quicker and oil c with the new owners. Easy to work with and most service has been good. Overall, a good experience. More
