We took are equinox in for repair and we worked with Madison Erickson in service who was great. I told her we needed a loaner and why we needed one. She let us use a 2023 equinox RS. We liked it so much that when we got are car back we right into sale and talked to Dennis Lynch who was also great. He got us the same equinox at a good price. He also set up my phone and on star for me as I can not do it. Every one at Mauer Chev was great I would highly rcommend them. Please let Madison and Dennis know that I thought they treated my wife great and that meant alot to me THANK YOU ALL. More

I purchased a 2023 Tahoe High Country from Mauer Chevrolet in Inver Grove Heights on 1/10/23. I had ordered this vehicle back in November. The delivery was better than expected. I told my sales per Chevrolet in Inver Grove Heights on 1/10/23. I had ordered this vehicle back in November. The delivery was better than expected. I told my sales person I would be getting my own financing. He told me management said they will only hang on to the vehicle for 7 days. He said, and I quote from his text, "It's not something within my control it's more ownership" I told him if he couldn't wait go ahead and sell the vehicle and I would go elsewhere. All of a sudden waiting more than 7 days was OK. With all financing done, it still took almost 3 hours. Then I was told I needed to come back for them to finish installing the accessories. I returned the next day as instructed and was told it would take "a bit over an hour". 2 hours later I found that what needed to be done was a full day's work. I understand things go wrong. The problem is, instead of being honest with me, my sales person would just tell me whatever he thought I wanted to hear. I am back home with my 2021 Tahoe Premier waiting to hear back when my new vehicle will be done. To this point, my dealings with Maurer Chevrolet has reminded me of a Slick Willy used car dealer. I will post again when this saga is done. More

With vehicle shortages, Mauer was fantastic to work with.
