Doug, the sales manager, was in the process of selling my family and I an Expedition. After multiple hits to our credit and giving him all of our personal information he stops responding. Beware of the Sales Manager and Finance Manager, Ivan Martinez. Manager became very agitated, aggresive and rude when questioning additional fees not required by law.
