Purposely I turned the other way, then a woman approached my car and without introduction reached her hand in my car and checked the mileage, commented, this is your first oil change, then asked how I liked the car. She then told me that it would be an hour and a half and pointed to the waiting area. Asked to leave the “key/fob” in the car, I went for a walk and returned later the employee was much friendlier and engaging Terry More

Excellent Service for Repair of Pothole Damage Traveling home from Newark Airport on an interstate on a dark and rainy night I hit a deep pothole on a bridge that was completely unavoidable. The ve Traveling home from Newark Airport on an interstate on a dark and rainy night I hit a deep pothole on a bridge that was completely unavoidable. The vehicle seemed to drive ok but as I was almost home and actually in front of the dealership my left front tire blew. I was able to slowly drive the vehicle to the Serafini service lot. Gene of service contacted me the next day and advised me that in addition to the left front rim and tire damage I also had damage to the left rear tire, certainly from the same giant pothole. I had fortunately purchased the tire and rim coverage when I purchased the vehicle. Gene ordered new tires and a new rim and kept me advised of the progress of the shipments. My S90 was returned to me in a little over a week in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with the service. More
