Matthews Nissan - Service Center

My experience was not good. We needed a tire for my 2019 Nissan Sentra. i went to have an oil change and that is when we found I needed a tire. They scheduled me an appointment to come back. On the day of my appointment I went all the way to the dealership and my tire was not there. They never bothered to call me and tell me. They never invoiced my oil change either. I was told at the time that they would invoice me when the tire came in and I could use coupons that I had. One was for an oil change and one for the tire. When I returned days later for my next appointment, they did have my tire. After waiting a couple of hours they finally got me in and after gave me a hard time about my coupons which I was told I could use. They said that it’s because it was one invoice when it should have been two different invoices. I am a repeat customer and just wished for a better experience. More
