Easy, painless, and an overall great experience I needed to find a used vehicle quickly as my son's car was destroyed by a 20+ something guy on a motorcycle who wanted to see how fast the bike could I needed to find a used vehicle quickly as my son's car was destroyed by a 20+ something guy on a motorcycle who wanted to see how fast the bike could accelerate (into oncoming traffic, into my son - HINT: It stopped even faster than it accelerated when it slammed into my son's front bumper). The good news is that I was able to work with Mike and Dallas to find a low-mileage certified-preowned Nissan Altima on the lot, clean, and affordably priced. I gave my son my prior vehicle, and I got a much nicer ride in the exchange. Mike and Dallas were a pleasure to work with and I've since been back to have the car serviced several times. The entire staff at Serafini is excellent, from Sales, Finance, and Service. I highly recommend them as well as the rest of the Serafini team. These folks go above and beyond to make sure that I'm happy. Excellent! More
