After arriving at the dealership, the price of the vehicle increased by $1000; although they would honor our "already discounted price". We negotiated to a lower price, which was accepted by the dealership. We left a deposit to hold the vehicle so we could return at a later date to finish the sale. The following day, the dealership called back and increased our negotiated price by $1000. They gave me the option to have my deposit returned; which I decided was the best approach. They proceeded to cash the check that I left as a deposit and only refunded my money 10 days and 2 phone calls later. This is a luxury car dealership. We were evaluating a vehicle over $30K. The only luxury you will receive is when you leave this dealership taking your business elsewhere. More
