“Volvo for Life” Moved to Broome County in 2001 with my first Volvo. It was totaled in an accident in 2007, I purchased a pre-owned 2003 XC70 with Valerie’s help an Moved to Broome County in 2001 with my first Volvo. It was totaled in an accident in 2007, I purchased a pre-owned 2003 XC70 with Valerie’s help and still driving it today. My son used it in college while I drove a different vehicle (not a Volvo) that I did not like. Just picked up my brand new XC60 and could not be happier. Service department is the best I’ve ever worked with. My cars have been serviced exclusively by Serafini since 2001. I’ve always been well taken care of and satisfied with all the work. New car purchase was very easy and no pressure. Thank you Joe, my service advisor, Tony my mechanic (knows my 2003 like an extended family member), Andrea, Service Manager and Valerie my wonderful sales consultant. I’ve been treated extremely well for many years, I’ve also learned I’m a Volvo driver for life. More

Service I am from canada and was on a trip to USA when our car broke down . I had a bit of a problem with the warranty explanation from different Nissan deal I am from canada and was on a trip to USA when our car broke down . I had a bit of a problem with the warranty explanation from different Nissan dealers that I had called that day because of the mileage in Kilometers and miles .. You guys got things done and the warranty covered all costs .. Thank you for the great service and especially the lady service adviser who helped us . I haven't picked up car yet .
