She explained the new features on my 2019 Rogue and offered to have me come back with any questions. When trying to choose between two trim levels of the 2019 Rogue, Gerry Perrault went through the features side by side. Instead of encouraging me to pick the more expensive vehicle, he suggested the lower trim level with the Sun and Sound package to give me all of the features I really wanted at a lower cost. He then told me he would try to find me the exact vehicle I wanted, including my first color choice. He was able to find it and I picked it up the next week. Thank you to Valerie, Gerry, and Dallas (Finance) for a quick and painless transition to my 4th new Rogue! More

Disappointed in business practice Historically, I have been extremely happy with the service. No direction for new owned Volvos under warranty. Simply put, bad business! More

The car is fantastic and our experience with Jordan was even better. He walked us through everything, listened to our requests/comments and answered every question. A sales experience just can't get much better than this one. Jordan worked his tail off to find THE car we wanted at the price we felt we could work with. Who needs a manual when you have an audio book named Jordan. Kath and I were/are extremely impressed with Jordan's knowledge and "soft sell". Jordan went the extra mile and was willing to spend as much time as necessary making sure we were satisfied and WE ARE!! More
