Not a good experience. The salesman failed to notify us of being able to get a better interest rate on our loan prior to returning to the dealership to complete the sale. The salesman failed to notify us of only having (1) key for the vehicle we purchased until after the sale was complete and when going to get another key made (at the same dealership) it was $250 dollars plus another $58.00 to have it programed to the car.
