I don't hesitate to walk away from a sale if I don't feel right about it. Within the hour, we decided to do business with Serafini's, and every step thereafter was made easy and efficient. The finance interview with Kevin was relaxed and brief (thank you!) and when we arrived to pick up our new car a few days later, James had everything in perfect order: plates, registration, paperwork, and a guided tour through the features of the car.
