Amazing Service My family had purchased their last 3 cars at this dealership and had great experiences with Val each time, so heading back over there when it was time My family had purchased their last 3 cars at this dealership and had great experiences with Val each time, so heading back over there when it was time for me to shop around was a no brainer. It was an awesome experience from the moment we walked onto the lot to the moment that I drove my car away. They handled everything quickly and smoothly. A special thanks to Tonya who spent her lunch break helping me find exactly what I was looking for, even after finding out that the car I test drove was in the process of being purchased. She was a great help while Val was tied up with another shopper. And then Val herself was wonderful in making sure that my car was prepared to take home ASAP, in working with me and my insurance company, filling me in about the vehicle's features, etc. So a very special thank you to Val as well for making my first major adult purchase smooth for me. I'll definitely come back when it's time to buy another. More

Fabulous! I truly did not expect to be driving away in a new Volvo XC 60. When I purchased my brand new XC 60 back in 2013, I figured that would be the only I truly did not expect to be driving away in a new Volvo XC 60. When I purchased my brand new XC 60 back in 2013, I figured that would be the only Volvo I would ever purchase, thinking when it was time to purchase another, they would be out of my price range. Skeptical and unsure, I pulled into Serafini to look at the new XC 60. Don greeted me in the lot and we began talking. Right away I felt relaxed and comfortable knowing that he was knowledgeable, and was willing to help me find the car I wanted, within my price range. After many hours of looking at vehicles, test driving vehicles and coming up with different options, we came up with the right vehicle for the right price! Im so glad I decided to "stop in" and "look"! I highly recommend Don and Serafini to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle...... hassle free!
