Definitely avoid! My fiancé and I found a used Volvo at this dealership that we liked. The car was an older model selling for $6,000. My boyfriend makes over $1000 a week, we had pay stubs for every week dating back to last summer, we also had $2,000 for a down payment. They refused to sell us this car without us paying the full amount or having a co-signer. They tried several times to finance us a newer model saying that the car we wanted was “too old” and they absolutely could not work out a deal with us without a co signer or a loan but if we wanted to get a newer model they could “work out a deal” without either. We were told we could put the car on hold with a $500 down payment which we handed in cash to have it given back a few minutes later stating that the car was “too old” to be put on hold. We left and went to the bank to apply for a loan, at the bank we called the dealership to get the information about the car for the loan and spoke to Dallas who told us to come back- that we could get a loan through them for the car. When we came back he said he would “try” and call us the next day, which he did to tell us there is nothing he can do but we can come look at a newer model. He refused to finance a $6,000 car even with a $2,000 down payment without a co signer or a loan but would have sold us a $20,000+ car without a co signer or a loan. We feel that Dallas was taking advantage of us and trying to make more money off of us rather than make a deal that worked best for us. Definitely sends up red flags. Very sneaky. We are going to buy a vehicle elsewhere. Definitely avoid. I will be passing along this same information about this dealership through Facebook and all other review sites that I am a part of. More

Good Experience overall The only reason why I did not give an excellent rating was because when I left dealership with my car I had to put gas in it right away, I was given i The only reason why I did not give an excellent rating was because when I left dealership with my car I had to put gas in it right away, I was given it with less than a quarter of a tank. The other reason was that I have had this vehicle for less than a month and have to have an oil change in it already cause it was due in December and only a few hundred miles from the time I picked it up. My personal opinion and opinion of others is that my tank should have been at half or full when I left and that an oil change should have been done before I left with it. More
