Danny has been great from the moment I started looking for my new car, answered all my questions, worked and found the Volvo I wanted with the interior and options I wanted and still keeps in contact to see how I am doing and if I have any other questions. As a woman, it's important for me to be treated with the same kind of professionalism and courtesy as a man would receive. I feel that all the time at Serafini. All the staff, technicians, greeters, etc. are friendly and welcoming. Additionally the waiting room is pleasant, with free wifi, coffee, water, and treats.
