We found the hatchback we were looking for and they went above and beyond to get it ready. Our salesman, Bob communicated every step of the way and gracefully worked around our busy schedules. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted and we were offered a fair price. Bob facilitated an amazing deal for our trade as well! The dealership was clean and well decorated. I would suggest a little more privacy for assisting customers but that's about it. The detail team did a great job on the car, it looked and smelled amazing. We are truly satisfied with our experience and will be looking forward to recommending them to our friends! More

The Best Matthews Motors of Wilmington deserves an A+ in customer service. I was greeted with a smile and even when the first person that approached me found Matthews Motors of Wilmington deserves an A+ in customer service. I was greeted with a smile and even when the first person that approached me found out that I was there to see Cowboy he still smiled and assured me that he would take care of me. I got to the dealership a little later than anticipated but was never rushed to leave. My daughter and her husband went down to purchase a car and there car actually put them down that very day. They walked about halfway to the dealership and along came Cowboy to the reissue. They went out to lunch and spent the rest of the day there and were able to drive home in there new car. Greatest customer service I have ever encountered. More

Great Experience I would not typically call buying a used car a great experience but this time around it was exactly that. My Salesman Bob Pacella was involved and interested in what I had to say, he was not pushing me into a purchase. I expected to "do the dance" and thought I was going to be offered an extremely low price for my trade, but they offered me fair market value right off the bat. The Staff was really nice and genuine, I did not feel like people were putting on a show in order for me to buy a car. The show room was nicely appointed but not a museum like the mega dealerships where they have to charge you more for your purchase to pay for all the frills. The garage was spotless and though I never have had service there, it looked like it was equipped to handle most jobs. I enjoyed it, felt like they made an honest effort to win my business, I would recommend to a friend and I do intend to trade my other car there next year. The only downside was the $649.00 doc fee was a bit heavy, just factor that into your bargaining. More

This is the first time while car shopping that I found what my wife and I wanted and was complete with the deal in two hours. The personalized service that was shown by this team was second to none. Bob was very attentive to our needs and gave us the room to decide and not be pushy as other dealers are at times. He is the best. Scott worked the deal like no other.
